Creating three music video ideas for my A2 course

When thinking and developing my ideas for this project I needed to come up with three different videos. After contemplating what ideas were the best to use I made three main areas to fill (one for each). One being the idea that the video would focus on the visuals and images which help convey the image of the song. The second area is the idea that the video would be focused on the actual singer of the song along with dancers. The final area for the last idea is that it would be a based on a singer with a band (such as drummers).

In this post I am going to talk about my first idea. This is a song made by EMBRZ and it is called Breathe. This song doesn't include a music video as such, but it does include cover art and is shown below.

When I was listening to this song I mainly saw the idea of it showing interesting and entertaining visuals being the main aspect of the song and its music video. But along with that there would be the male signer which would be cut to when the vocals come in.

The start of the video would show a few shots (the visual aspect of the video) and then just before the lyrics start the video would cut to the singer. Between lyrics (instrumental breaks) there would be many shots and visual of *similar images to below* which would continue throughout the video. At the start of the video the singer would have little lighting, but as the song goes on there would be an increase in light on his face showing his full face at a quarter of the way through/a third of the way through the song. This it to keep the indie and electronic appearance of the song.

Some examples of the visual shots I have thought of are shown below.
